Ok, hombre, I’ll bite: suppose they did try to pass a law exempting certain records from this open door law. on the scaled of shite I give a rat’s ass about, this is barely one notch below what Trump’s son likes to hunt and one notch above what Christie likes for breakfasT.
A key point: they tried to pass a change to the open records law. Notice that he didn’t, oh, wipe a server clean, or stuff documents down his Jockey shorts. Trying to enact a policy position on an obscure statute that 99% of the public doesn’t know and doesn’t care about is quite legal, and not tantamount to treason.
