He's on live @ 3pm Eastern, I don't think he'll be able to do the voice over thing, the main debate doesn't start til 9p eastern.
He’s always been on @ 3pm eastern, but about 12 years ago he did it during a debate - he must have set up a special live broadcast or something. He’d probably be talking about it or they would be advertising it if he was going to do it here again. At the time, Savage’s live voice-over commentary was the only thing I could hack in the otherwise revolting “debates”.
Trump’s liveliness makes it interesting to me this time around.
