I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium. Can I upgrade to 10?
You need Windows 7 with Service Pack or Windows 8.1 to upgrade for free. You can get Windows 7 on ebay for well under $50. You will have to do a fresh install, which you are likely due for anyway.
