If convicted in the new case he should be shot. He confessed and gave them the horrific details. The surviving daughter ID'd him.
The courts will now charge us million$ just to parade him around the American justice system.
Those in DC will politely debate and discuss this insanity for a few more decides.

Firing squads are efficient and relatively humane, in my opinion. Seems strange, that I agree with many mainland east Asians on something about government.
