If he is given time to articulate and has no distractions, he can say a couple of cohesive sentences, but that’s about it. For the most part, he is a passive patient, needing 24/7 care.

We have SUNBEAN! Odd...The tree in my front yard is casting a shadow in the exact middle of the lace curtains! LOL!
