Most big cats are solitary, except for mothers living with cubs. Lions are the exception. Tom, the wildlife expert, said the ocelot isn’t so aggressively territorial that he couldn’t live with a mate.

The poster calls today's kitteh a "foster failure": she was nursing the rescue kittens with the intention of finding other homes for them, but instead, found that she couldn't give them up.
