Those pets look pretty well fed to me.
Kitties are always looking for noms.
Kathleen tried to give Jake a cookie last night, but he wasn’t interested.
Morning is coming to Las Vegas Valley. I don’t know how many hit and runs happened last night — it’s either that or a motorcycle accident. The news won’t be on for a few minutes yet.
That is a precious little kitteh face.
I’m still depressed, but hopefully, I’ll improve during the day.
My pills were supposed to be here yesterday, but they haven’t come, so I just emailed UPS about it. I didn’t even get an email that said it had been delivered, so it’s probably still on the truck. *sigh*
I want some Oreos and milk. Now I KNOW the depression is here for a while! Egads!
And I’m cold.
The heat lamp is on in the bathroom, and in a few more minutes, it will be warm enough in there for me to take a shower. YAY!
Lot of hit and runs here, but with deer. Females are in heat, and the males just wanna do what comes naturally. I dread driving because seeing those does with their broken necks on the side of the road makes me want to cry.
I don’t see many bucks. The few I do see are usually headless. Some idiot finds them, saws off the head and takes it to a taxidermist so they can show it off to their friends like they caught it and it has so many points. It makes me sad. In summer and spring I see raccoons and possums.,
I’m depressed too. I think it’s this time of year. All the happy families and children. Yes I know I think of Tolstoy and his wonderful quote, but at nighttime the feeling of being alone washes over me like a raw wound and I wish I had a family. Then in the day,,I sigh and realize it’s all probably for the best. G-d in his infinite wisdom must know what’s best for me and I just have to deal with it. The good thing is I have my own bathroom and I can walk around in my birthday suit and no one will care,
Good morning! We have sun. Shannon is waiting for it to hit her bed in Bill and Tom’s room.
There is still an hour before the sun comes up and I think the bathroom is warm enough for me, now, so I’ll see y’all when I’m done with my shower.
Enjoy! I’ll be heading out about 8:30 for the flea market. Current temp is 33, but it “feels like” 26, according to my weather-feed. I will wear my coat.
Tom the Mocker and Mrs. Tom are out on the jasmine trellis looking very offended about the cold weather.
I’m done with the shower and wish it would have shrunk me. But then, I think I just need to exercise some self control.
I’m offended by the cold weather, too, but I’m a little quieter than the mockers. I think.
It must be time for some coffee...I would love to go to Mickey D’s for an iced chocolate mocha, but it’s too doggone cold to drive there.
37,S @ 5, wind chill, 33, 66%
Yah...like that.
Mostly coyotes here, and they usually have enough sense to get out of the road when a car comes.
I don’t get depressed this time of year. I used to, and then someone gave me some holiday decoration kits and I started to make them. It was enough to take my mind off the fact that I was alone, and in providing a purpose for me for the holiday season.
I think that year I had a breakfast bar and a beer to celebrate Christmas. If I can get through THAT season, I can face any of them!
Another hit and run last night, this time, the victim was in a wheel chair. That’s two in the last week. Have people never heard of reflective clothing and flags?
*sheesh*
This one happened up in my old neighborhood. Dang.
“50”
We are. :)
If one played their cards right...
...one could poach...
...a shot at...
...the coveted 7777!
The twin magnifying lens on the right......i can vouch for those, they are very good. Great when reading hallmarks or soldering SMD by hand.
You are Da Man, Nully!
LoL, never even looked at the post numbers..duh. :D
