It's unfair that Bob can be so young and spry, and yet so distinguished." What works for me is the steely grasp I have on my inner child, and not having been caught at it.

Bless the turkey bomb. The cutest bomb in the universe.
Hurray for tryptophan! Kaboom!

Speaking of bombs, I’m thinking of Marvin the Martian.

And a gentle communal purr.
Reminds me of Jake asleep in the sunbeam. I’ll walk by and say, “Hey, Jake!” Claws reach out for a moment, there’s a quiet whiffling noise, but his eyes never open.

Little did I suspect when I went to bed last night that I would be bombarded by acres of floofy squee when I woke up.
Wow. I’m underwhelmed. I will need a shot of tryptophan after this, that’s for sure.
(Anybody got a turkey sandwich I can have?)
My right leg was hurting pretty badly around 0400, and I put up with as much as I could and decided to get up. So here I am, for whatever that’s worth.

Good morning. I’m sorry you’re cold! We have a forecast high of 71, but it’s supposed to start raining tonight, continue for a couple of days, and then be colder later in the week.

Thanks for commiserating, but I’m always cold, once the temps drop down past 95. At that point, I need a sweater, and then increasingly warmer outerwear. Yesterday, I dragged out the heavy guns, with the hood with fur. Yep. I’m not ashamed to say I’m a wuss when it comes to cold.
It’s just going to get worse... :o|
I need another haircut, this time to make the ends a little neater, as the growth pattern is sporadic...long short and in between in the same place.

Some places don’t have a cold season. Fiji, for example.
