But if you think there aren’t and haven’t always been military people abusing their authority your world must have unicorns and fairies!
There will always be those who abuse positions of authority and trust, and if the use of cameras can curb that,so much the better. The problem may be,or even now is, shifting to when and where are cameras to be used.

I spent 28 years in uniform (from E-1 to O-5), so I'd say I'm something of an expert. I NEVER saw anything approaching the behavior of your average cop on the street.
