The article clearly states that it was less than 2,000 years old. The skeleton size falls within the normal range of human bodies, and head binding is found in many places.
My apology, while the article states that this was less than 2,000 years old, caption under the photos says 6,000 yer old, and caption under the map says 1700 to 2000 BC. I love scientific accuracy. ;-) Anyone have more precise information?
