Then there was Trump's visit to "Morning Joe" last week, where he stated he identifies with some things as a Democrat. That's almost identical to what he said years ago---"I identify as a Democrat." When he was REGISTERED as one.

The guy is telling us straight out that he's a Democrat, and conservatives refuse to listen. They're still willing to cast a vote for him. Why?

I cannot answer for them. To me he is a populist. In days gone by he probably would have been a conservative dem. Today his party went left. Ours followed them to where the RINOs are slightly left of him. He is definitely no complete right wing conservative...never was and never will be.
