Trump did when he blamed the 2008 fiscal crisis entirely on Bush rather than talk about the democrat programs (sub prime mortgage) that were the actual cause of the crash.
That was attacking him like any good leftist wood.
Here’s what I’ve figured out:
Small minds ask who.
Average minds ask what.
Great minds ask WHY.
I could be wrong, but, I think Trump was referring to the bail outs that Bush authorized. I believe that was his point. This is just my opinion, of course.
