Meh....I happen to agree with the supervisor...the cop voilated arrest policy.
I’d point out that he arrested her for assaulting an officer in the report....while he had already clearly told told her she was under arrest BEFORE there could have been any assault.
The old...arrested for resisting arrest gambit.
What was she already being arrested for when he removed her from the car?
A magically dissapearing charge?
If she wouldnt have been so messed up and killed herself I could see any decent lawyer getting this tossed out of court later.
