Yes, she screwed up when she became belligerent. After she showed belligerence, she was ordered to step out of the car. I don't blame the officer, since her belligerence may be an indicator she is about to do something else, and he needed to see every move she made, in full unobstructed view. Get her out of the car and observe if she has any weapons, and/or conduct a search.

BTW..I tried looking up the charge of “belligerence” and the codified punishment in the Texas criminal code for committing “belligerence”...didnt find it...not even aggravated belligerence.

Officer Perp was going to make her pass small subservience tests until she either licked his boots gratefully, or he got to arrest her.
