I really don't think the founders suspected the SCOTUS would be busy rewriting laws nor making them.
The SCOTUS has been completely out of bounds since Obamacare penalties were rewritten into taxes, and has since opined that the words don't mean what the words say.
If that's the case, is a pound a pound? an inch an inch? Where does that nonsense quit?
But as long as all we do is talk to ourselves about what is right or wrong, what is historical or lie, what is fact and what is fake ..... the general public ... who does NOT analyze the way WE do, never considers the thought
THAT'S my point ..... start getting the idea out there that there is no longer a wall of separation between church and state .... start praying where they say you can't ... start bringing your bible or reading from it where they have said you can't ....
And when questioned or cautioned ... calmly inform them ... the wall is gone and you are free to do what you please .... the USSC says so.
