No, it's not sold in state liquor stores. We did away with state liquor stores here several years ago. As far as the wacky tobacky, it's available at state licensed pot shops, and also pretty much unregulated "medical" marijuana shops that are virtually everywhere. Find a thoroughfare with used car dealers, bars, strip joints and coffe kiosks (Washington, so like I said, everywhere) and you'll find multiple "medical" Mary Jane shops.
