Yes, I heard of the allegations at the time they were made, but I have not heard anything recently so I don't know whether they went anywhere.
Best I can recall, it seemed like in-fighting over control of the Tea Party name. For all I know, Mr Phillips may be guilty of all the allegations, but I don't think he's some sort of Democrat plant.
