RINO McLame wrongly ignores the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers by voting yes on bills which the feds have no constitutional authority to make. He’s an excellent example why the ill-conceived 17th Amendment should never have been ratified imo.

I agree. To me he is no hero in view of what he did after he returned. He dumped his wife, had no interest in helping POW/MIAs and was nasty to their families - this is on YouTube, is pushing illegal aliens on us, something that he surely knows will greatly damage this country. If he was tortured, it seemed odd that he would embraced his former captors.

While he was a victim, was he also a hero? These two may concepts can overlap but are not identical.
