Tons of water. It’s down only 138’. In ‘77 it was down about 250’ feet but still plenty of water to swim/ski.
Low water keeps the scaredy cats away. We’ve practically got the whole (humongous) lake to ourselves!
We used to ski on Lake Almanor — by the end of July, we had the entire lake to ourselves. It was wonderful. I see that Almanor lake level a week ago was 4,483 feet which is normal for July. I wish I could be there!
