Please provide adequate proof that Corporate America is abusing the H1-B process and taking American Jobs and replacing them with foreigners.

Oh, and BTW, the misbehavior of Disney and SCE to the tune of around 1000 jobs is not adequate proof.

While this is bad behavior on the part of both Disney and SCE, 1000/350000 = .3%. .3 % is not a problem but statistical noise.

This is not proof of a problem, but two bad corporate players that need to be fined and the money given to those whose jobs were replaced. And it should be enough money that those 1000 STEM workers can retire.

Please provide documented evidence that there is any substantial proof to support the contention that Corporate America is abusing the H1-B process.
