Wisconsin is loaded with places to purchase fireworks, drive down any interstate and you will find one at every exit. Fireworks are sold everywhere but there is a state law that PROHIBITS anyone to possess fireworks. How the hell can you sell (means you have them in your possession to sell), buy fireworks (means you possess them once you buy them) and NOTHING is ever done to outlaw them completely? There is an obvious answer, SALES TAX MONEY!!!!
