Like I said, saying the Declaration is not the law is like saying that the foundation is not part of a building.

See how long your national edifice stands without the foundations of the natural law moral principles laid out in our national charter, which is explicitly the first part of the organic law of the United States, a fact that is clearly recognized in the U.S. Code.

You have it confused with the Constitution.

None of the rights that are enumerated in the Constitution are mentioned in the DOI. And vice versa.

Why is it that you and your ilk cannot understand the difference between the two, and when its pointed out you start calling names.
