Near perfect climate??? Really??? They have some severe winters there. Depends on what you consider near perfect .
Near perfect in that we get the best of each season. Crisp autumn days, snowy winter days, balmy spring breezes and presently near perfect summer weather. Warm but not excessively so and not that humid.
Not really. Nebraska has severe winters. Buffalo has severe winters. CT has a few feet of snow. No biggie.
