I’m sure that Trump and his business interests have a positive economic impact on New York City. For them to reevaluate and revoke contracts and such, to make a political statement, will undoubtedly cost the city money.
Reminds me a bit of how Los Angeles voted to boycott Arizona when Arizona passed their law on illegal aliens. Then it was discovered that Los Angeles gets 25% of their electricity from Arizona. So the boycott was rescinded. The liberals on the L.A. City Council didn’t want to risk sitting with no AC during a hot summer, just to make their political statement.
The NYC Immigration Department buses Illegals up to South Station in Boston. From there they are put on the Orange Line and sent to my home of Malden, MA because we have the T station right near the Department of Transitional Assistance. They never bleeping leave and we are now 24% Non-Citizen. With 100 different languages spoken in the High School. The mayor and the Democrat City Committee are the Welcome Wagon for them. The rest of us are the Welcome Mat.
