Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are ending their 10 year marriage ... TMZ has learned. We're told the couple, whose anniversary was yesterday, will file for divorce. Although they will file for divorce, it won't be done immediately. They are working things out with a mediator and business managers, sources tell TMZ. The divorce will be filed when all of the property and custody issues are resolved. We're told the divorce is amicable and Ben and Jen will share joint custody of their 3 children, ranging in age from 3 to 9. The couple says, "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding."
That couple always amuse me. He is kinda handsome and she is kinda pretty.
I have seen her on one of the commercials she does and she can smile and frown at the same time, strange face.

My easy lazy 100% speculation is he was fooling around. She said it has to stop. That she did not want a Hollyweird style open marriage. But he kept it up, now comes divorce. He gets to fork over 30-40 million and now gets to fool around to his hearts content

Not everyone winds up throwing crap at each other or becoming a story on the local news, but none are amicable.
So many have tried to emulate Sally field.. Holly is just one in a long line of followers.. Thank goodness they didnt follow Meryl. Or who knows.. So many Jewish princesses in waiting on reality TV.. OY! Not.
