I heard him address the homosexuality case. I didn’t hear him on ObamaCare, but about pulling this out of thin air devoid of the constitution, he was really clear. He didn’t think it was remotely right. He cited Scalia as much as Roberts. I’ve already erased the DVR, so I can’t go back to check if he made any tie-in to the ObamaCare decision.
The Obama Care decision would have been the day before anyway.....that’s what I’d like to see.
And Robert’s voting the right way on marriage is just cynical bullshit - pardon my French. He did that because he knew it was already “baked in the cake” to pass.
