Well, according to the lib leaning IPC, only half of them pay income taxes:

We need the other half to pay. And all of them to pay serious fines, serve jail time if necessary, and complete community service, just like everyone else does when they break the law.
All I can speak to are the four states where I’ve been involved.....and with the thousands of employees I had over the years. They all had paperwork that looked legit. They all had taxes with held. It was the same with others in my industry - I was very involved with trade associations and so on, and discussed these kinds of issues all the time with others.
I would also add this question: do you think white or black citizens in these industries don’t often demand to be paid under the table too? Oh yeah, they do. It’s just not as simple of a system as you make it out to be.
And one more thing: the half that pays taxes...are being better “Americans” than the clintons, who don’t pay taxes due to their foundation.
And one more critical limitation—no voting for 15 years!
