Don’t be ridiculous. Who do you think Cruz is talking about when he designates the ones who will be allowed on a path to legal status? The rapists? The gangbangers? No Cruz is talking about the PRODUCTIVE HARD WORKING ILLEGALS just like Trump is. They have almost identical plans for securing the border and figuring out who can stay. Cruz is not planning to build a wall. I like the wall myself or a fence. They work.
