Usually in Beemers or some SUV with mindless bumper stickers, riding the centerline of the highway either going fast enough to vaporize metal on impact, or glacially slow and preventing forward travel due to their self assumed importance... One of George Carlin's best lines: “Have you ever noticed that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?”
