Well, I’ve been hooked up to her on FB believing all her abstinence stuff. So I’m more than a little disappointed. As Oscar Wilde said, the first time is an accident, the second time looks like carelessness.

We all screw up, some more than others. We make the best of it - God uses all for good. God forgives all sins with repentance.
We all preach to live by God’s standards and we all fall here and there. She fell. Doesn’t mean she’s a bad person and doesn’t mean what she preached was wrong or impossible. She just fell.
I can’t believe people thing she should have used birth control, as a Catholic. She has been fooled by the culture into thinking marital closeness is OK before marriage - that leads to sex and sex makes babies if you are normal and God blesses the union.
The baby has a soul - God wants him/her born. Nuf Sed.
We ought not date for fun, but discern for marriage, then marry. The culture tells us otherwise, and she fell into it. OK, so move forward new mom! GBU!
