Quickly responding to the Confederate Flag dustup that was caused by accused mass-murder Dylan Root's affinity for the banner, companies have swiftly responded, removing offensive merchandise and anything that might link them to the American Civil War. Walmart, Amazon, Sears, eBay stopped selling Confederate flag merchandise.
Apple corporation removed all Civil War themed games from it's "App" store. Sensing that the time was right, the History Channel has announced that it is pulling itself from the cable lineup because they produced a series called "Civil War: A Nation Divided." Honda has announced a recall of all Civics, because of the similarity in name to Civil, which some claim reminds them of the Civil War.
Two school textbook companies, Houghton-Mifflin-Harcourt and Scholastic, have come forward to announce that all chapters related to the American Civil War will be removed from elementary and college texts.
A major dictionary publisher, Merriam-Webster, has ordered a recall of all dictionaries it has published to remove the words "confederate", "civil", "war" and "south" since these words may offend some. It will no longer include these offensive words in future editions, a spokesthing confirmed.
CVS has announced that it will be changing its name, because the letters C, V, and S are found in the phrase "Civil War Southerners". "Better we err on the side of caution, then offend ONE PERSON," CVS's spokesthing stated.
In Jackson, Florida (a city that will soon be renamed) all Civil Litigation shall be named Non-Criminal Litigation, so as to avoid the word 'Civil'. This move is likely to be mimicked throughout the country, one legal analyst noted.
The American Society of Librarians has recommended that the letters C, V, L, F, D, W, E, A, S, T, and R be stricken from the alphabet, since they can be assembled into deadly assault phrases such as "Confederate" or "Civil War" or "Southern". When asked what we could use in their stead, the spokesthing for the Society remarked, "Russia has used Cyrillic letters to great effect for hundreds of years, and they never had a racist southern confederacy."
President Obama appeared at a press conference today, and, noting the recent corporate moves, stated "I want to thank the companies who have acted, for doing the right thing today. However, you are still not off the hook. We will be looking to you to do a lot more.... reparations and outright discrimination against whites is something we will be encouraging."
Well I didn’t recognize it 18 months ago, either.
My point.
Now start substituting the confederate flag with Morality, morals, ethics, truth, God, Christianity, Catholic, Protestant, Religious, Religion, good, wholesome, mother, father, and anything else that even resembles truth or reality will soon find its way into this mass group think mindset we find ourselves in the midst’s of. When the supreme court rules in favor of gay marriage directly or indirectly with some religion protections mixed in, the dam will burst, the tsunami of tsunami’s will come forth. It won’t be a trickle, it won’t be a raging river, or a stormy sea. While many hear have a good idea, I don’t think most here even understand the onslaught and speed on our very being is going to be.

By this time next year, I predict one (or maybe all) of the following:
1) Christianity will be driven underground as a Hate Religion.
2) The internet will be a ‘privilege’ that you must ‘earn’ and the government will regulate your use of it.
3) Unemployment will be at 50% or more among ‘original Americans’.
4) People will be ‘disappearing’ (which history will show that the government is behind it, murdering and imprisoning).
5) Obama will start his push to become UN Secretary General, so he can do to the world what he did to America.
6) Radioactive winds will blow along sun-parched stretches of car-less highways, as stragglers peer through cataract-clouded eyes and root in the garbage for a rusty can of beans.
Get one of each. Problem solved.

Nah, I do not think so. It seems that they were all chomping on the bit waiting to jump on the bandwagon. They were simply ‘waiting’ for a catalyst.

Of all the ridiculous things the libs could have done as a result of the shootings in Charleston, they pick the boycott of the Confederate Battle Flag. This has greatly incensed me to the point that I feel I should have a counter-boycott. Henceforth, I will fly my Confederate Battle Flag up side down. There, that’ll fix ‘em.

That's not how this group rolls. They don't like to go out and confront and exterminate; they prefer to co-opt. Freedom of Religion will continue. We will all be free to worship in any worship building zoned for such purpose during authorized church hours from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, where we can hear the government approved message delivered by a licensed pastor.
This has already begun in some denominations as they do a "Justice Roberts" on Holy Scripture to twist around the meaning of "a man shall not lie with another man as with a woman for that is detestable." Now they say: "Well that only referred to forcible sodomy as a result of military victory." It's an argument to allow gay "marriage" on the theory that sex between consenting married couples is not sin. So let's let the gays marry and then it's all OK. The ultimate sin; man attempting to tell God what is sin and what isn't.
In other words, the Bible, like the Constitution, may say one thing but it means whatever we want it to, today.
