Lived in the Bronx just south of Yonkers for 3 years. I knew it really well during the Lindsey administration. Doubt if it's changed for the better since then.
I wouldn’t live in the Bronx either. Again, you are setting up a strawman. There are parts of Georgia I’d stay out of as well. But I don’t define all of Georgia by them.
