I do not partake, but it seems to me that it’s largest attraction is it’s intoxicating effects.

Do we need to claim “medicinal” value for other legal intoxicants? Beer, Wine, Liquor, Tobacco? If not, then why is marijuana still illegal?

Legalize it and then increase penalties ten-fold for causing any negligent harm to people or property while under the influence of *any* intoxicant.

But, that sounds like accountability and the “cult-ure” doesn’t do accountability.

Maybe we should had out ribbons to everybody who fails a drug test instead? Sort of like how the NEA does track and field.
