My guess is that this group was charged with prostitution, shoplifting, DUI, or underage drinking. Clearly, they are not guilty.
Its Orlando, the vacation capital of the U.S. I would guess most of those girls were booked on drunk and disorderly during the spring break weeks. That hair, skin, and teeth are not those of the traditional lower classes stuck in jail.
