Rosie O’Donnell was going the surrogate path and she has learned that the baby may be a “special needs child”. She said she cannot handle such a child.
I asked if it was a monetary problem (can’t afford to raise such a child). Because the other side of that coin is that she “doesn’t want to”.
I have no children. I would prefer children without birth defects. I also know friends who are raising children with down syndrome and they are very happy. No one knows if they are capable until they “try”.

No one should ever be shamed into raising a child they are not prepared to raise.
No one, not even Rosie O'Donnell.
No one should be called bad names, or even compared to those who have or are raising special needs children.
No one. Not even Rosie O'Donnell.
Every child should be wanted, and if not wanted, at least not aborted.
Telling parents that they are terrible for not wanting a child leads to abortion.
Telling parents that it is okay to give birth and give the baby to someone who would love to raise it is the way to go. It may feel better to call them names and cast aspersions, but it does not help. It isn't about uou. It's about the baby.
Often, those who think they couldn't, end up wanting to raise their babies once they are born; but they have to be born for that to happen.
Always ere on the side of kindness. It goes a very long way when it comes to convincing people that pro-life is best.❤
It is delusional to think that you can bully someone into being a parent or giving birth by calling them names or threatening them. That makes the screamer feel better, but acmplishes nothing.
Been doing pro-life work. Yelling never helps. Love and kindness do.
