But two other minors, also charged in the burglary, saw the whole thing and said the injured boy had already dropped to his knees in compliance when the dog lunged at him, family members said. Can we go to tape?
For some reason I find information passed on to the paper from the family who got it from the accomplices of the perpetrator somewhat dubious.

OFFS....this is at least more punishment than most of the bad seed juvies will ever walk away with. Be glad he got SOMETHING that might deter him from preying on decent society! The slap on the wrist he would have otherwise gotten would have been a badge of honor, not a deterrence.
