This is from a very good hand camera but still is a hand camera. Now think about what the pictures taken by the top-line military surveillance cameras must look like! I cannot help but wonder how many backyard sunbathers have ‘starred’ in unknown (to them) snapshots! Of course Cap d’Agde in France is probably regularly surveilled (just as a precautionary measure!)
I can’t go into specifics, but when I was in the military around 1967, the capability for satellite cameras to spot a golf ball on the course was in place.
