teens have been reporting for years that they could get pot more easily than cigarettes or beer, which is not surprising considering that sellers of legal (for adults) drugs usually 'card' while sellers of illegal drugs never do.

You mean this? "SEATTLE (AP) - Four of the 22 legal pot shops tested in an initial round of sting operations this month failed by selling to minors"

That confirms what I say: 18 of 22 legal pot shops refused minors while 0 out of 22 illegal dealers do.
