Tebow was a starter for Denver. His record there, if I remember, was 8 wins, 5 losses. That's a better winning record than the average NFL quarterback that wins 50 percent of the time.

He threw well enough to win a playoff game against a top ranked defense.

And then Tebow got absolutely destroyed the following week, which everyone fails to mention.

The Broncos were winning in spite of Tebow, not because of him. I watched some of those games. Balls landing well before receivers or sailing far above their heads. His completion % in the NFL has been horrendous.
