I will just stack the papers I need to file back in the drawer. On top of the hanging folders and the file folders.

Of course, looking back, the skewed drawers are the reason I haven’t had any place to file anything, and why it was all on the floor. :o|

Even cheap file cabinets usually have a framework inside for supporting the hanging file devices. Check to see if Walmart has the framework separately.

There are other possibilities, but they all involve either carpentry or coping skills, and you're female.
