Don’t know if I told you. Got a bad infection from surgery. Went on antibiotics and pain pills.,
Pain pills made me feel drunk so I stayed off line lest i say someting wrong.

I have to go get gas in the truck, and then pick up some groceries, but the truck is hard to start the second time. It looks, ArGee, that you were half-right about the starting problem.
Your questions in trying to help me isolate the problem confused me, because it was lagging the first times it started, acting like the battery. The extensive grinding on the the second and third times, after it had been driven, acting like the solenoid.
So it looks like I need to get a solenoid. It’s $30 at the APW.com but I don’t know who could put it in, now that my favorite mechanic is no longer available. :o|
