It’s a program for young children, usually about age 5-10. Each of the major Christian publishing companies puts out a program, so there are four or five different choices each year.
You have five days worth of sessions, about 3 hours. Each day’s program includes a Bible lesson, a craft, a game, a snack, and songs. In the past, it was always held during the day, but now I think it’s more common in the evening, because all the adults are working and children are in day care during the day.
Our church’s program is in the morning; we’re fortunate to have enough adult and youth volunteers.

One of the reasons there are so many of us on the Undead Thread is because, for the most part, the rest of FR is too controversial for comfort, and we find a certain peace in daily kittehs and the bonding that inevitably takes place when we share our problems with each other.
