There are many victims in this story including Josh’s wife and kids. I’m not defending him or his acts, but how is he supposed to support his family now when he is being persecuted for something he did when he was a kid? I believe that is why laws exist that seal the criminal acts of minors, as they well should. I don’t give a damn about Josh Duggar. But his kids don’t deserve this.

Why did Anna marry a child sexual molester? Did she not think of her kids when she married him? “oh but he won’t hurt my/our kids” Stupid girl! He hurt his sisters, cousin and probably more to come. There is reason to believe he would hurt his own children.
Some people never learn.
There is no juvenile criminal record and so it is not protected.
BTW- in this country, we prosecute lots of 15 and 16 year olds as adults.
