In a saved image, the 12km bar is about 160 pixels long, giving a resolution of 75m per pixel, ballpark consistent with the stated 42m resolution.
HiRISE has an extensive catalog of images accumulated over more than a few years, now, with a resolution of .3m/pixel . Nothing against MOM, but let's not get carried away.
