Not even the Duggars are contesting the claim that Josh is a child molester.
****************************************************************************************************
Actually what they do not contest, and dealt with many years ago, is that Josh, as a 13 year old child, engaged for a period of time in some inappropriate soft touching (that is the words of the sisters since the touching did not wake them up) of five girls for which he felt guilty and quickly confessed to his parents.
He is not now and NEVER HAS BEEN a child molester unless YOU have some Clintonian definition of what the meaning of the word ‘IS’ is and what the meaning of ADULT and CHILD are. You’ve had to have the meanings of words explained to you a number of times. You are embarrassing yourself by your ignorance as you post your comments as part of your anti-Duggar jihad. Please go to this link and start to educate yourself:

Here’s a small extract for you to read quickly:
“...According to U.S. Department Justice, child molestation is a broadly defined term which includes: contacts or interactions including inappropriate physical contact between a child and an adult when the child is being used for sexual stimulation of the perpetrator or another person when the perpetrator or another person is in a position of power or control over the victim. Sexual Molestation is a term defining offenses in which an adult engage in non-penetrative activity with a minor for the purpose of sexual gratification...”
I would not walk into a courtroom with a defendant accused of sexual molestation and present the defense, “the victim did not wake up, so therefore the molestation was not all that bad.”
“Actually what they do not contest, and dealt with many years ago, is that Josh, as a 13 year old child, engaged for a period of time in some inappropriate soft touching.”
Come on now, not even Josh Duggar days he “Touched” his four year old sister’s vagina when he was 13. He admits to being at least 15 years old.
And 15 year olds can and are tried as adults.
“Twelve years ago, as a young teenager I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret,” -Josh Duggar
