After he was confronted. Mom and dad knew in March of 02 they had a ‘toucher’ in the family. Do you think they played possum till July with that many girls under one roof?

Even so, he repeated and escalated the behavior. It went from touching sleeping sisters on top of clothing to forcibly fondling the fully awake 8yr old sister in the laundry room after he picked her up and placed her on the washer/dryer.

I find it suspicious that Josh himself hasn’t said anything about all of this. Instead he sends out his parents and the victims to do damage control...

And I still want to know where he learned this stuff. I find it ‘interesting’ that a close family friend went away for kiddie porn in the 2-13yrs female age range. What sort of contact did this person have with preteen/pubescent Josh? Did they have any fishing trips, camping trips or other incidents where Josh would have been exposed to highly inappropriate pictures and videos that gave him ideas with his preschool sister(s)? Also interesting is that in ‘07 the trooper was sent away for kiddie porn the first time. Late ‘06/’07 is when the FINS investigation would have been conducted. Maybe Josh outed the trooper then.

It is interesting that the Duggars know so many people like this (ex preacher for instance). Perhaps for the same reason bank robbers rob banks, that’s where the money is. Pedos insinuate themselves with large families with tired and overworked moms and dads for a reason...

But one thing is for sure. Trickle truth will eat this family up. And is.

Reading the redacted report and reading the transcript of the Megyn Kelly interview, there are two possibilities.

Here is the redacted entry in the report:

"James said that in March of 2002, [redacted] who had just [redacted], came to him very upset and crying. James said that [redacted] had told him that he had been sneaking into [redacted] room at night and had been touching [redacted] on the breasts and vaginal areas while they were sleeping."

The report can be read in one of two ways, due to the redaction. Either Josh came to them crying, confessing to his parents what he had done, or one of the girls came to them crying telling them what Josh had done. In the police interviews with the girls, there is no mention of them telling their parents what had happened in the first incident. They were all asleep at the time he did it. There was a mention of one of them being half-asleep and thinking Josh was taking their covers, but no one was crying or went to the parents. They also claim that Josh confessed in the March of 2002 incident.

In the Kelly interview, the parents claim that it was Josh that confessed to them and not one of the girls.

As far as I can tell, from everything that has been released, it was Josh who confessed in March of 2002 to his parents. He was not confronted. His parents found it about it when he told them.

Josh is the one who confessed
