Higher doses than recommended can actually weaken teeth, bones, and ligaments, cause muscle weakness, and nerve problems. The safe level is about 20mg/day.

Here is the exact text from the EPA's list of: Potential health effects from long-term exposure above the MCL for Flouride.
"Possible Bone disease (pain and tenderness of the bones); children may get mottled teeth."
What is in rat poison? Fluoride is NOT safe to be ingested and the effects are neurological.
Topical fluoride seems to have some benefit but it does get into the bloodstream in the mouth. Fluoride is not the only mineral that strengthens teeth. It’s just the only mineral that is a) toxic to your brain and b) available easily from industrial waste. Vitamin K, ingested, is FAR better for growing great teeth than remineralization on the surface. Like bones. You strengthen them through healthy animal and fish fats. Also cow dairy (from grassfed healthy animals). Up your vitamin K intake for great dental visits.
