Or Secretary of Commerce. That is his field of expertise and would give him a chance to help develop a manufacturing and business friendly environment to create those jobs.
He is not a full spectrum candidate for the job of President, but could be very effective at that cabinet post.

Agreed. Finance is his strong suit and the big business types will at least listen to him.
