“Walker is toast!” sez MSM ping
This has nothing to do with Cruz. This is all Walker’s baby.
“conservative joy”, a mole fake conservative name if ever there were one, is not a Ted Cruz supporter, no matter what ruse he/she uses to support the Dems.
Since every one charged was convicted, I think that speaks for itself. I posted the link in post 4.
Scott Walker has been vetted more thoroughly than any other candidate in the race.
If you're upset that his Democrat opponents failed to make any of this stuff stick, perhaps you're posting on the wrong forum.
I'm sure DU will share your concern.
Trying to equivocate on this in order to excuse Walker just makes us look just as scummy as the Democrats.
***
Please know some facts before you post.
Walker's aide was unjustly convicted for working on another candidate's unrelated campaign, not his. In fact, Walker supported the other candidate.
The liberals and the media in Wisconsin (but I repeat myself) have propped up this lame story for 5 years. The Milwaukee County DA has been illegally leaking material to the media while pushing to have materials seized in secret John Doe made public in dribs and drabs to perpetuate the image that Walker has done something wrong.
Now, you have morons on this forum (and I do mean to use that term) attempting to dredge up this non-story because they prefer another 2016 GOP candidate.
It isn't equivocation, but using bogus slimy tactics make YOU look just as scummy as the Democrats.
FULL DISCLOSURE - Even though I live in Wisconsin and am proud to have Scott Walker as a personal friend, I am a Cruz supporter.
“This hit-pieces expiration date has long since passed.”
No, the folks convicted are still appealing, other than the guy who did time.
Also, Walker’s emails are very much a part of the WEDC investigation that is ongoing. Auditors have requested a federal investigation.
The investigation began before he took the governor’s office in 2010. Sounds more like insurance than any genuine effort to prosecute.
Saw it. Old news, basically the same laundry list that has been passed around in the MSM for a year now. Don’t be such a tool.
So what is your opinion of the WEDC investigation that turned up 19 million dollars in payouts to Walker supporters? Walker was removed this week from the chairman position of this agency he created.
He’s been all over FR slamming Scott Walker.
Somebody PLEASE zot this troll!
“It isn’t equivocation”
Sorry, but the poster I responded definitely was equivocating... “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” is exactly that. If you want to argue that Walker and his aides didn’t do anything wrong, then fine, I don’t have a problem with that if you can back that up.
However, if you want to say these laws are so hard to follow that we should just ignore people who do violate them, then you are equivocating and excusing criminal behavior.
Thank you!
They did prosecute and all were convicted.
I was in Wisconsin over a year ago when this story was peddled. Despite a lot of huffing and puffing, it got no traction in Wisconsin, because there was nothing there.
ConservativeJoy, instead of looking for any Millwaukee Red-Sentinel tripe to post (what’s next, Isthmus?), follow the stories through to the end. you know, the part where fake sources were leaked, and the “Walker is going to be indicted next week” headlines turn out top be a lot of smoke.
Don’t cooperate with the thugs who ruined so many people’s lives in a desparate attempt to find something, ANYTHING, on Scott Walker.
The resulting convictions are not “smoke”. Walker has not been charged, but with the other auditor’s investigations, he may be yet.
No problem there... I’d initially thought this was a new story, but it isn’t... fortunately.
And yes, it is relevant to Hillary’s email scandal... though it’s never going to be directly comparable, because the public and journos always give the dems a pass on issues like these.
Including Scott Walker?
