I’m guessing before too long we’ll see the ADA leveraged to mandate things like safe spaces and trigger warnings. And further restrictions on what professors and fellow students can say in academic environments.
I’m also guessing that a lot of students who seek therapy for anxiety (or depression, for that matter) are going to be extremely surprised when, years down the road, that aspect of their medical history convieniently pops up when they go to buy a firearm. Especially if the new proposed Obama anti-gun regs go into and stay in effect.
